Academic concepts and theories can be rather abstract. Therefore, I draw illustrations and mind-maps, which help students to better understand the readings and course material. At the end of the course, the illustrations come together in an overall road map.

In addition to lectures, I illustrate academic papers and book chapters. For the book “The politics of knowledge in inclusive development and innovation”, I’ve created one illustration per chapter. All illustrations came together in a visual summary of the book.
